Our Requirements
- Filled Facility application form
- Certificate of registration (CR)
- 3 years audited accounts
- 12 months bank statement
- Approved building plans and approved structural drawings prepared. by an Architect
- Supporting Bills of Quantities (BOQ) drawn by appointed Quantity. Surveyor (QS)
- Copy of executed building contract agreement stipulating the appointed professionals
- Evidence of existing sources of income to the service facility
- Copy of Lease/Proof of location of the business
- Director's joint and several guarantees
- Copy of title of the property
