Bushra Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth. Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
✔ Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Proficiency in banking systems and financial management
